Tea Sales - Sample Loss + Shortage

I have added the option to view sample & shortage loss by party name also. Select option 2 and you can even select a particular party also. The sample loss or shortage can be viewed from Sale Advice or A/C Sale as per your requirement. Incase you all need any changes in the format of the report please let me know.
